PWM 4-pin fan connector to 3-pin PSU

How can I connect Noctua NF-P12 PWM case fan to my PSU unit? The original cable from the previous fan had a 3-pin connection. How then do I connect the new fan( has a PWM 4-Pin) to a PSU unit which has a 3-pin connection?
