Asus CM6870 PC running WIN 8 64 bit that is only 10 months old and their support stinks. Twice I have called for help, they say"refresh system" and when that does not work "Mail us the PC...to Indiana"! No way. System restore is their other alternative which is a pain as it takes a couple days to load all your programs and updates back.
My problem:
I have a Ralink wireless 802.11n LAN card(at least I think it's a card not the MB???). Every time I login I need to "Update the drivers" so hubbys laptop (HP WIN7 64 bit) can connect worelessly.
I have finally given up on Asus and was wondering what to get to replace this card, or if it's part of MB, do I get an external one?
I have Comcast Cable with their D3 router.

I have Ralink 802.11n in my PC but hubby also has a Ralink 802.11a or b in the laptop,
It is my PC that says drivers are not updated. It is the laptop that has an intermittent disconnect to the network adaptor.
I am assuming the problem is related? Maybe I'm wrong?
