My Specific GTX 770 vs R9 280x Question

I know this question has been asked a handful of times here before.

However I want a specific answer to my own if possible.

I am running a 4770k, 8GB of Ripjaws RAM, and a EVGA 750watt PSU

I am stuck between a 2GB GTX 770 and a 3GB R9 280x

Both are MSI GAMING edition cards.

Nvidia just lowered the price of the 770 to $329.99 and the 280x is $309.99

I have seen some things saying the 280x benchmarks better and some say the 770.

I will be using this mostly for BF4 and gaming, however I like to compete against my friends in overclocking, so high benchmark scores and overclocking is a plus.

Any suggestions?

Just realized something messed up with my internet and my post double posted. Sorry about that. I have had some issues with AMD drivers before, but all my builds have been AMD based. Now I have an Intel CPU, so I was thinking Nvidia. I know their drivers are more stable, but if I can get more performance out of an 280x, Id rather get that for $20 less. I dont care about Noise or Power Draw, Drivers are important and physx I dont see all the hype about.

The only thing I care about is stable performance and overclocking potential
