PX79 PRO + H100i, 3pin connector?

Got PX79 with 3930k and a h100i cooling unit from Corsair.
I am kinda old, 31, and I havent built anything for over a decade now, so im kinda lost in the woods...

Anyhow, my motherboard PX79 has only 4 pin fan connectors, and h100i cpu connector is 3 pin.

Can someone tell me where to plug it in :/

I am guessing that I can connect it to a 4pin slot, (4th pin is used for PWM?), in that case does it matter from what side i connect it? (left/right?, what pin socket will remain unplugged)
