I need to know what cpu and mobo combination Would be best for my rig. I would also like to know if the proccessor will bottleneck the card my friend gave to me (asus gtx 670 direct CUII) . My options of
cpu's/mobo are these.. (ASUS P8Z77-V LX with a i5 3570k) and (FX 8350 with an asrock 970 extreme 4 mobo). This computer build is strictly for gaming and surfing the web. Also it would be nice of an estimate of how long this build will last me =) I would also like to know if upgrading my gpu after a few years of use would be bottlenecking it

Not a fan of Intel so i can't comment but i would recommend the ASRock FM2A88X Extreme6+ Motherboard which is compatible with both the Richland (FM2) and the upcoming Kaveri (FM2+) Core APU, the FM2 Trinity Core is not backwards compatible with the FM2+ Socket, anything more than 4-cores is not the answer to gaming performance so i don't even look at the FX-series but if you don't mind a high TDP and big electric bill then go that route with a discrete GPU, i have found that a fast quad-core APU (A10-6800K) with 8GB of DDR3-2300 and Radeon R7 250 gets the job done nicely, no complaints..

A-10 is like an I3 but with a GPU of 7730 but GDDR3
