500W PSU reliable but budget?

I am looking for a 500W PSU from a reliable maker, can be modular or semi-modular. need it to be sub £30, can stretch to £40. this is a decent challenge so please recommend!

The budget one recommended for 500W would be the Corsair CX500M, but that's still over your budget... don't think you can found one that cheap that's (semi-)modular and from a reliable manufacturer...
