I've done the searches, I know that svchost has memory leak issues associated with its services. What I don't know is if I can safely disable anything that running here or if I need even more ram than my 8 gigs.

here's Task manager

Can any of the running services be safely stopped or am I just doomed to have 3.2 eighths of my system memory be used up?

Solution
not in about a week but it didn't turn up anything then and this has been a consistent problem. I honestly think it's a real leak somewhere because that's after having my box on for about a day, restarts fix the problem but i'd like a better solution than restart your computer every 18 or so hours
