I tried accessing a site to download a file, I was redirected to this - "lockedcustomer.comcast.net" - What is this?

It's strange though, because after trying to access the site three more times it worked.
Do you think it's actually comcast? I'm starting to think i have a virus, but nothing is coming up in windows defender
