Im looking to build a gaming pc for £400 (Maby up-to 430)

Im looking for suggestions as to best bang for my cash.
Looking to play new-ish games at medium to high on decent fps- at 720p

It's nice to have headroom, but I think it's doable. The wattage estimator on pricepicker puts the full pc at ~300w so to be safe you could get a bigger PSU.

crap motherboard, you dont want that. also changed the gpu, 10 bucks for quite much performance
