Currently my GTX 660 is running at %100 while my cpu cores are at a low %30 (Heaven Benchmark max settings). Not sure what this means. (Newer to this type of stuff)

Also side question: Which brand is best for the GTX 760? (Gaming purposes)

System Model: GA-970A-DS3
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 (Upgrading to GTX 760)
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-6100 Six-Core Processor (6 CPUs), ~3.3GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM

Solution

No - the GTX 760 will run fine.

I heard there isn't that much difference in performance between HD 6850 and GTX 760, but 2 HD 6850 in a crossfire set up is probably stronger I think and would normally bottleneck the 6100 with its bulldozer architecture.
