Currently my GTX 660 is running at %100 while my cpu cores are at a low %30 (Heaven Benchmark max settings). Not sure what this means. (Newer to this type of stuff)

Also side question: Which brand is best for the GTX 760? (Gaming purposes)

System Model: GA-970A-DS3
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 (Upgrading to GTX 760)
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-6100 Six-Core Processor (6 CPUs), ~3.3GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM

More about : 6100 cpu bottleneck gtx 760

No - the GTX 760 will run fine.

yes, the 6100 is a poor gaming cpu. having said that, for 1080p resolution you probably wouldnt want to go lower than a 760 anyway, but many games will be limited by cpu.

hmm.

When will I know when my cpu will bottleneck my pc's performance, with a 760?
Which cpus do you recommend $100-$200dollar range?

toms did a review a long time ago on it

it will run fine as gregory14 said, but there is a bottleneck greg, you put a more powerful cpu in there and your fps will skyrocket.
A bottleneck isnt the end of the world, it just means you arent using the video card to it's fullest potential.

Trust me the 6100 will not bottleneck the GTX 770.

I heard there isn't that much difference in performance between HD 6850 and GTX 760, but 2 HD 6850 in a crossfire set up is probably stronger I think and would normally bottleneck the 6100 with its bulldozer architecture.
