Hi guys,
It has been alittle while I've come to Tom's for help but it is great I can. I recently was diagnosing an issue with my cousins computer and wanted him to run Memtest86 to check his RAM. I made him a bootable on a usb drive I had and attempted to boot off of it and run it on my system to make sure it was good to go before sending him home with it.
Upon booting the drive Memtest launched normally and about 5-10 seconds in without any errors it rebooted my system. I immediately reset my bios to save default and put the DRAM voltage up to 1.65v (recommended by manufacturer). Tried again, same thing, reboot.
I have had 0 issues with this pc and I built and stress tested it myself last year. Any thoughts on my next course of action? I enabled USB legacy and have the latest Memtest version as well.
Thanks,
Chris
