I want to dump my pirated version of wins 7

Hi everyone,
I recently built my first gaming PC. Since I built it on a humble budget, the situation forced me to install a pirated copy of wins 7 on my rig. The last time I checked, I had 20 days left to activate the OS. I decided to do a fresh and legal install of wins 7, so I went to microsoft store; however, the only product listed there was the upcoming Wins 8. Can anyone post the link to where I can buy a legit copy of wins 7 64 (with the product key ofc.)? I'm willing to pay, but unable to find a merchant.

P.S. Would it wipe out everything I have on my hard drive atm, if I did a fresh install?

Be sure to backup everything that you may need before following these instructions.

When you place the DVD in your drive, it will ask you if you want to repair or install Windows. You will click to install it, then you will go to a partitioning table.

You will select to delete those partitions and you should have pseudo-partition left that will be the size of your HDD. Click to install Windows and Windows will automatically repartition the HDD for you.
