need help on picking a mother board and cpu

I would like some feed back and opinions on what mb and cpu I should get. I dont have too much money for this build around $230/$240. Im thinking about getting a MSI FM2-A85XA-G65 FM2 AMD A85X Motherboard and this AMD A10-6800K Richland 4.1GHz (4.4GHz Turbo) Socket FM2 100W Quad-Core Desktop Processor - Black Edition. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
