Hey guys, I currently got a new computer its not new technically but its new to me it has a XFX Geforce 8200 AMD Socket DDR3 motherboard its ran great although when I have my GPU plugged in the computer takes about 30 seconds or more too boot up. (The GPU is a Leadtek PX9600 GT) I tried booting it without the GPU and it boots instantly. Although it gives me 3 beeps on start up. The drivers are installed for the GPU because it has ran on this computer before and worked fine. Just recently has it started doing this. Also when I use the GPU I have no video unless I'm using the onboard VGA or DVI. I need help figuring out this problem..

Sounds like there is a fault with your graphic's card. Best thing is to buy a new cheap gpu since the one you have is not as reliable as it might sound.. When you have your gpu disconnected you should expect to have no video since you obviously do not have the proper hardware to deliver it from the case to your screen. That's why you need to use the onboard chipset.

Hope that helps!

Well there is also spdif and a ground wire that connects to the GPU they aren't plugged in would that effect anything?

The spdif is just used to enable sound so as to come from your monitor's speakers. What other ground wire are you referring to? Please attach a photo of its possible
