either will do for that build, if you want to SLI/crossfire in future go for the 750w minimum

For 210 on an i5 3570, I'd recommend an 8350 for 190 if you hadn't already purchased your other components. And RAM-you won't need more than 8gb if you're only gaming. But smaller RAM runquicker than so does dual channel. So I'd recommend 2x4GB. As for PSU, 500w is good, but if you might add to it for Xfire, I'd recommend maybe 650w. OC-Z makes some nice full modular ones for cheap, and this means better wiring :). Here's your build, and then my recommended:

My Recommened Components-PSU for additional Card and some OC'ing in mind:
Was working on it and this happened:

Once it's back I'll post my recommendations.
Of Course you don't have to get any of them, just what I recommend :):

The reason for extra wattage if you're wondering, putting a PSU nearly full load constantly decreases it's lifespan. So working a PSU at ~50-60% tops for 24/7, that PSU will outlive so many other PSU's. (That, and it won't heat up as much and a couple more reasons ;))

The only AMD motherboard with PCi 3.0 is the one I have. Asus Sabertooth 990fx/Gen3.0. But you don't need it, as nothing uses more than 2.0 bandwidth. It's more a marketing gimmick. :)
