I see the Evga has come down in price the problem is it came down so much I am not sure the one I am going to get. I wanted to see if the differece was worth the cost.

looking at gettign this for the longest time:

EVGA GeForce GTX 770 w/ACX cooler 2gb
1046 Mhz Base Clock
1085 Mhz Boost Clock
133.8 GT/s Texture Fill Rate
2048 MB GDDR5 Memory
7010 Mhz Memory Clock
221.32 GB/s Memory bandwith

I see on the EVGA site that the main difference is the Memory Bandwith, base clock , and the Boost clock.

For just $50.00 more I could get a

EVGA GeForce GTX 770 w/ACX cooler 4gb (MORE)
1046 Mhz Base Clock
1085 Mhz Boost Clock
133.8 GT/s Texture Fill Rate
4096 MB GDDR5 Memory (MORE)
7010 Mhz Memory Clock
224.32 GB/s Memory bandwith (MORE)

Would the increase in the second card be worth the $50.00

Solution
Just want to mention that the R9 780 performs neck and neck with the 770 and the R9 280x is a 3GB model. Also, it is selling for less than a 770.

With the introduction of the R9 780 it forced Nvidia to sharply discount the 770 and 780.
