Bronze will be fine, silver is preferable. It is worth another board because you will get twice the VRAM bandwidth which is important for performance on a high end card like that. If you plan to overclock get a Z77 chipset or X79 if you want to run LGA2011. Z77 allows excellent features and RAM frequency (or 8 series for 4th gen Intel i core). Anything else?

What about a mobo for AMD FX? Also, water cooling or just heatsink? I want to have a FX 9370, and I will be gaming on a 1080p monitor, here is the system http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1VSWF
