I'm trying to find a detailed schematic or graphic hardware layout guide to the HP DC7900 SFF Socket LGA-775 Motherboard, part# 462432-001. I can find plenty of pictures of the board but not a schematic identifying each component. When I open the box I would like to be able to identify each component. Initially, I'm thinking of installing a front panel 3 x USB 3.0 plus SD card reader module, and need to identify the USB header on the motherboard. The HP Tech and Service manuals do not appear to include such a schematic.

Thanks, Chris

Sorry, chris, your MB has the intel Q45 chipset with 82801JO I/O Controller, which only support the USB2.0. By the way the USB3.0 port has the blue color, you can easy to see if there is one on the MB.

Thanks for the answer on USB 3.0, I guess I can put a USB 3.0 card in the PCI-e 1 slot and run from there?

Chris
