Sorry, looks like I may have made a mistake (bad eyes :()
Checking on Sapphire's site they state it's two Mini Display ports (different card here but same two ports)

The picture on Amazon seems a bit odd though, mini HDMI slots look like this

Mini display ports should look like

So they made a mistake in advertising? Pretty bad imo.

Can you suggest any gpu that has mini displayport in this price range?

Well the pictures are different, so maybe they are two different models?

The image on amazon definitely doesnt look like a Mini displayport.
