Solution
It is possible, that's why you need to log your temps under load. Your idle temps look normal to me, but idle temps don't tell much, its load temps that reveal issues.
45c is a good temperature. CPU's overheat at about 80c+. My processor idles around 42c and hits 65c to 72c under full load.

Whether you think its overheating or not, it's a good practice to take the tower out (always outside as a cloud of dust forms) and using a air compressor or can of air to blow out the dust buildup, focusing on the CPU, GPU and PSU mainly. In high dust area's, its best to do this once a month, in lower dust area's you can usually get by with every other month, maybe even push it to quarterly. This will help extend the life of the system.

i did that a few days ago.. its just that my cpu restarted itself twice last night. this is worrying. i touched my cpu and i thought it was too hot. cuz it aint summer now. i jus tthink it shudnt be that hot

Celsius can be deceiving, if you look at the temperature in Fahrenheit you'll better understand why its so hot to the touch. 45c is a usual idle temp. If the system is restarting, you need to log your temps while under load to see what its hitting HWmonitor will show you how high its getting. If the CPU fan isn't spinning up properly, it will cause the CPU to overheat. HWmonitor also watches your GPU temps.

What makes you believe this is a heat issue and not a software or driver issue?
