Is my CPU over-heating??

Solution

Well 60c is fine as long as its below 80 then you want to fix it. If you want lower temps try getting a case with better airflow (what do you have now?) a better cpu cooler and maybe some fans and thermal compound

Not at all that is actually pretty cool, overheating is about 90c+ so yours is NOT overheating

Try running some stability tests like Intel burn test, run 10 times then show me the temps and see if the cpu passes ;)

What is your computer in, how many fans doe sit have on the case? What cooler are you using on the cpu? Stock?
Open up the case and clean out dust from the fans and check that all the case fans are still running and not dead, maybe re apply some good thermal compound

Your CPU is not overheating as you're using a stock cooler, temps may get high sometimes on full load. And it mught have restarted due to a voltage fluctuation. You're from which country?
