Need to build a gaming pc for $1000to $1100

So i am new to building stuff and i was hoping i could build a gaming pc
price range 1000 to 1100$s.....any ideas i was hoping i could get a Intel Core i7-3770K 3.5GHz or Intel Core i7-4820K 3.7GHz in the build....Could you guys also tell me that which is better among them( yes i'm new i dont know anything about the computer parts ) .I also have another question does the motherboard get affected if i change the cpu...............................

btw I dont need the software as i have one

Here are 5 very good gaming builds for ~$1000 http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1861789/bestconfigs-poll-budget-intel-gaming.html pricing has changed no doubt since those were submitted. Four are Haswell builds, one is Ivy Bridge. But they should give you an idea of what can be done within your budget, they are all very solid gaming builds. I'll suggest looking those over a bit and then working here http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/ to come up with your own configuration. Note that PCPartPicker prevents most incompatibility issues
Changing of a CPU has little effect on the other parts or operating system (as long as the CPU fits the socket and is supported by the motherboard)

Core i5 is commonly used for gaming, the advantage of the i7, Hyperthreading, is not currently taken advantage of in most games so the i5 shows a better value to gamers. The i7 is a better processor but at $100+ over the i5, and minimal (if any) gaming performance advantage, the value to gamers just isn't there
