ATI Driver Compatilibilty

Got upgraded from Windows 8 to 8.1 yesterday and from then following problems encountered.
1. ATI driver compatibility issues when system is started.
2. Certain videos do not play in real or media players.
3. Nokia suite not functioning while trying to reinstall the software on the phone while am able to sync datas.

I ran
1. amddriverdownloader.exe to auto detect which only says all drivers are upto date.
2. Tried to install 13-9_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql.exe because of the persisting issue. I use HP Pavilion G6series laptop with AMD Radeon HD7600M(as graphic device1 and Intel HD Graphics 4000 as Graphics device2).
