Share all files/folders plus new ones Win 7

I have tried tons of things to get this working right, and nothing seems to do the trick. I am running windows 7 and I am trying to share a folder, and any future folders of files that are created inside that shared folder.

It seems like this is nearly impossible for me. It will share everything until a new file or folder is created inside of the shared folder and nothing seems to change this. I have exhausted Google, and still have not found a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes I am trying to share with others pc's on my lan, a windows 8 laptop. Use winrar for what?

Well as far as I can understand your situation. You can share newly created folders with files in them, and after the sharing is complete you decide to put more files inside the folder and share it again, then it won't happen?

What happens is I share a folder, if I add anything after that point it wont be shared, I would like it to be.

Correct, I can see the folder, but I can't open it to view its content (unless I go reshare the whole folder. They are all in the same workgroup as I can access everything, I just recently before I made this post changed to using public folders, same thing happens.
