I had just gotten my new motherboard for my new build after returning one I recieved defective I tested th mb on my table and it worked after putting every through in the case and starting it up the computer has a black screen and just constantly beeps 3 times it'll beep 3 times than couple seconds do it again also when I turn the power button on I think I'm seeing a spark is this bad and could mean my board is fried its a asrock 970 extreme 4 help would be greatly appreciated
