Hi There fellow South African!

Right so straight answer. No, your PSU will likely not handle a high end card. HP is not known for adding high wattage and quality units to their systems. It will need to be replaced.

Also I am not sure how much space you have in that machine. If you can post a photo of the inside, that would help.

Third, that 8120 CPU will likely bottleneck the GPU.

My suggestion :

Replace your chassis and PSU, then build over the components to the new chassis, then add a cheaper GTX760 to the machine to avoid as much bottlenecking as possible.

You need a PCIe 16x slot and a 6 pin connector from the PSU. you would also need about 42 amps on the 12v rail. The GPU should fit in your case , but I'm not too sure if it would work. May i know the PSU specifications ? How many amps does it give on the 12v rail ?

Chassis : http://www.takealot.com/computers/computer-components/c...
PSU : http://titan-ice.co.za/antec-hcg-520w-modular.html

Just make sure your motherboard confirms to the ATX standard. Which it SHOULD.
