cant open a burnt dvd in my laptop

Solution
Clarification needed. Very little information for anyone to give substantial help.

a. DVD tray won't open

Find a paper clip.
Unfold it.
Locate a tiny hole on the DVD bezel.
Insert the unfolded clip end.
Push it inward.
The tray will pop out.

b. Whatever burnt on the DVD - movie, game, music, etc. - won't be played/executed.
Check the files on the burnt DVD.
Verify file format of the file to be executed.
Locate the program to open the file format.
Open (execute) the program.
If no program is available, google the file format to search compatible program.
Open the file.
You may get window message if it still won't work.
Start from the error message.

Go to "Computer".
See if DVD drive is populated.
Click the DVD drive.
What do you see?
