I just bought a ssd but it already has window 7 installed because i had to buy a new copy of it and i also have window 7 on my desktop

but the ssd is in my laptop
and the hdd is in my desktop

but instead of the ssd being in my laptop i want it all in my desktop
would it be possible to do that with still having window 7 on my hdd and using that same window 7 from the ssd to boot up on the desktop without deleting anything

Then you have to wipe the SSD clean, and install a new win7. You can keep your existing win7 on your HDD and use it when needed/want. You just need to put your SDD as a boot drive.

No. You need to reformat and reinstall windows on the SDD. When installing windows, it configurations itself to a specific hardware - your laptop in this case. The windows on the laptop can not run your desktop hardware, it is just how windows works.

Cheers.
