How will Radeon 4850 Perform over Intel GMA 4 Series EX. Ch in Railworks 3 ?

Hello,
I am buying a new Computer but on a tight budget.
Currently I have Dell Vostro Celeron 900 Laptop with Intel 4 Series Express Chipset (GMA4500) Graphics (Integrated). On my New System, there will be a Radeon HD 4850 1GB DDR5.
How will it perform in Railworks 3 Train Simulator 2012 ?
Current Used Settings : Lowest Every Thing, 1366x768, TSX OFF.
Settings decided for new PC :
Medium Settings, TSX ON, 800 by 600.
Currently I am able to get 20 - 25 FPS.
Any Help Please ?

So, I tested this game on my friend's laptop (B960 Pentium,2GB DDR3, 500GB HDD, Integrated Graphics (I guess HD 2000))
And, What I saw !!! The Game loaded very fast and at Station, I got 59-61 FPS and when Running, 28 to 46 FPS (Mostly 43 - 47 FPS)
Settings Used : 800x600,Lowest Settings, Screen Brightness 30, TSX Mode OFF.
So, What the Results can Be expected on my new system ? AMD FX 8350,4GB DDR3 RAM, HD48501GB DDR3 ???
