hi, i overclocked my cpu about a week ago and iv started seeing this happen everywhere on google chrome http://gyazo.com/a585e61144daabc070f61ffacc6d49a3
i dont see it on firefox just google chrome. i have downloaded the latest drivers, scaled my cpu back to stock speeds. the cpu or gpu dont seem to be damaged as when i play a game the fps is still the same and there are no sign of it anywhere when playing only on google chrome! i have un installed that too and re-installed it but no luck! is this a sign of something breaking?
