Very High Temp Card when playing games. Please help!

Hello everyone,

So I am coming to you guys with a question. I was wondering why my graphics card gets so hot when I play BF4. I noticed it was at 74C when I was playing on High Settings and it was pretty much the same when I lowered it to medium. I thought lowering it would help but this is not the case.

The card I am running:

GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2GB

Is there a way to cool it down or something I am missing? I would greatly appreciate a response back with feedback and suggestions!

That is well within the normal range of temps you would expect. This is not a problem.

Oh awesome. Thanks for the responses. I never really monitored the temp of my card before and I have only seen CPU temps. This is why I was so alarmed. Also, the game crashed when I was playing saying the the GPU stopped working so I was afraid it got too hot but it must have been something else. Thanks again for the answers!

Must be the driver. Happens sometimes
