This is a good card for the price http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... with Free Gift: AMD GIFT - RADEON BRONZE REWARD for ONE FREE Game (value:$39.99) and the next thing that you should upgrade is your PSU if you are going to upgrade more.

I would strongly suggest you to change the power supply, because simply it wont be enough to handle mid class graphics card

i will change it to 525 Watt or 500, AMD Radeon™ HD 7770 but this can work? i know PCI 3.0 can work on a PCI 1.0 but about 10-15% lower performance right?

A quick google revealed this price per game performance benchmark updated every 24hrs http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu_value.html Hope it helps. Also I would check the top few on the list in shopping search engines to see if there is a better deal.

Yes the HD 7770 is good too and you will lose few percent performance with PCI 1.0 x 16, yes.
