So I'm about to buy the 280x,and I'm pretty sure my processor will bottleneck, but will I be able to play at all?
I don't really know how bottlenecking works,so how lower will my FPS be and things like that?

And what about the 270x,will it still be bottlenecked?

Thanks in advance! ^^

Yep, wouldn't pair any decent GPU with that.

CPU bottlenecks are pretty simple, the CPU will run upto 100%, at that point, any extra performance the GPU has to give is wasted, add as much GPU power as you like, FPS wont improve.

Not even if I overclock it?I don't have the money to buy a motherboard+CPU+GPU right now! =/

My processor is at 3.6ghz right now!

Even if you overclock. You'd be better served taking the cash you would have spent on a 280X, and spending it on an i5 and compatible motherboard.
