I am upgrading to a new graphics card and was wondering whether a Corsair CX750w has the correct amps to power a Zotac gtx 660 in my build?

Specs:
CPU: Intel I5 3570k
Mobo: AsRock B75-pro3-m
HDD: 2x1TB western digital
DVD:Samsung 24x thingy
And then its just standard stuff really...

Any half decent PSU, theres no magic behind it. So long as you buy from a trusted brand (Corsair, Seasonic, Antec etc.) and go with a realistic wattage for your system, it will work.

A GTX660 has a single six-pin PCIe cable. That means it will draw no more than 150W (75W from the PCIe slot, and 75W from that cable). In actual use it draws less, but 12.5A is the theoretical maximum.

A good brand 450W will run that rig.
