Will Everything Fit Together?

Solution
usually you only have to BE SURE of just a few things:

1. Will this Motherboard support this RAM and Processor
2. Will this PSU handle the voltage, INCLUDING having the right plugs for my motherboard AND video card
3. Is this motherboard physically going to FIT into the case (including having the correct screw pattern, e.g. ATX, mATX, BTX, etc.), and is this video card going to physically FIT after everything is installed
4. this one has become more prevalent lately: Will my CPU cooler FIT without interfering with cables, case side-door, etc.

covering those, is about 95% of custom building a PC (there are exceptions of course)

Thanks for the help I will check all these things right now :D

If you want to keep the fx8320, you are better to get the better MB, the le only has the 4-pin CPU connector and 4 +2 Phase Power Design. That isn't recommended for overclocking for the fx8320. I don't see you have the cpu cooler too.
1) get this MB Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 at least http://www.scan.co.uk/products/asus-m5a97-evo-r20-amd-970-s-am3plus-ddr3-sata-iii-6gb-s-sata-raid-pcie-20-%28x16%29-atx
MB review http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/4410/asus_m5a97_evo_amd_970_motherboard_review/index5.html
2) like selianx said get the 2x4GB or 2x8GB, even you plan to upgrade to 16GB later, if you buy other stick there will be 50-50 chance to let two RAM work together, I mean it is not 100%. If you read the memory section, you will see time to time someone asks those question.
