Are all these parts compatible and is this PCU good?

CPU: I7 4770k
GPU: Msi r9 280x or Evga GTX 770
Mobo: Msi Z87 G45
Ram: Corsair Vengeance Pro 8gb
Case: Cooler Master 690 II Advanced Nvidia Edition
Cpu Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Optical Drive: Asus DRW
PSU: OCZ Fatal1ty 750 watts

So is it all compatible? will the case fit everything? and is the PSU good?

And what those DRW stand for. Will the optical drive be able to read dvds and cds?

DWR means it can read and write data on DVD/RW. And will you be overclocking this setup?

Yes it will read it. About the overclocking, i am thinking for another psu, something like:

I think 650w for your setup is enough, and in this case, seasonic will serve you better. Anyway you should wait for more people to write their opinions and give you better answers.
