MSI N570GTX Twin Frozr III Power edition/OC 1280MB GDDR5
MSI N570GTX Twin Frozr III Power edition/OC 1280MB GDDR5 is it a good graphics card? and would sli be a good idee? as well wat would the power supply need to be to run the sli?
That's an old card, go with something newer like the 760 (will outperform the 570) - http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Dual-Link-Graphics-02G-P4-2763-KR/dp/B00DHW4HS4

It's not bad, however it's old (will play bf3/newer games on high-ultra with playable frames)... Newer gpu's such as the 760 I linked for only $207 outperforms it by a fair amount. Also, do you have the 570? or are you planning on getting one?

$650 isn't that bad, however there's no warranty since it's used - a part breaks and your screwed.
If you don't mind building a pc I would highly recommend it -
