Hello everyone,

So I just bought my first liquid cooling setup, and I also got Antec Nano Thermal Diamond compound. However, I do not know how to apply it, nor do I want to before learning so I do not ruin everything. Is there any good authorities on applying it or tutorials out there?

Let me hear your feedback and suggestions! I am very eager to start putting this together.

There are "authorities" that supply all kinds of different ways to apply thermal paste. While one way might give a slight (1 degree) difference over another, there is no "correct" way, at least, one that can be decided upon by everyone. There are improper ways however. The one I used the first time I put my PC together was using the pea-size drop and letting the heatsink spread it. The second time I just used the spatula that came with my paste and spread it. Place a small bead of thermal paste onto the center of the CPU, take something with a flat surface (in my most recent builds I've just used the plastic case that would normally hold the CPU) spread the paste evenly across the suface of the CPU.
