I just purchased my PC. I had it before, and when something went wrong I took it to a repair shop and they uninstalled then reinstalled Windows 8.1, now it's not there.

I'd like to fix this problem as quick as it came up.

All I see is Configure Surround and PhysX.

Solution
If you can't see SLI option, and reinstalling drivers does not solve the problem, it is may be:

bridge - not connected or damaged
Motherboard - no support for SLI or damaged.
the card - is damaged or the connectors are damaged.
A card isn't fully seated, or the connector or PCIe slot is dirty not allowing full connection.
Windows corrupted.
conflict with other software.
