Disconnect computers from a network

Hello guys!
I want to know, how can i disconnect my sister's computer from our wifi, without touching her laptop. (because it's password protected :c) I don't have access to the router, or the modem. Maybe via cmd, or something like that? This is very important, because they are playing that shitty minecraft all day, and i can't play my lovely BF4, because this slow internet can't handle those at the same time...XD
Please help me!!!

Unfortanetely, my father doesn't care at all about this. So i'm the only one who can solve this issue..XD

It doesn't matter what i do, my father wont do anything for me.. Btw there is no better internet in our area. Sorry for the F-bomb.:D

Hmmm. Well, sorry to say, you're probably out of luck. Perhaps you can come to some kind of agreement with your sister over playing time.
Actually, is your system also wireless? A better wireless adapter may help you. If you're using a cheap USB dongle, the antennas in those are usually really bad, so signal quality suffers. A better one, or a PCIe adapter, could make a difference.

hmmm. Well, maybe you're right. I have this cheap usb antenna, and i should buy a pcie connected, or whatever. My sister is very unrespectful with everyone (my family is very difficult), so she won't let me play. The only solution is, that i take her laptop, and put it in the fire.. Thank you for help:D

If you can log on to the router you could set up QOS Quality of service to make the router be more fare in giving you both equal bandwidth.

What router is it?

If your signal is weaker than hers it may help a little.

i can't. my father doesn't trust me, so he won't let me log in, or do anything like that. the only thing i cound do, is make an echo virus, which blocks the wifi for a couple hours for her....

Or explain to him what needs doing and bug him until he sets it up?

I know what i would do but i don't want to get Banned!
