I'd be surprised if you got £100 for it, but if it's in good working order, someone might be willing to pay that so grandma can have a surfing and email PC.

You could build the pc as similar as possible on http://pcpartpicker.com/
Then take like half off or go down to 1/3 in price from what it would cost new for the parts because the pc is used.

^The only problem with that approach is that many of the parts are obsolete and will not be available. That is one of the things that hurts the value, a lot.

Doesn't matter. Consider what can be picked up on eBay; find comparable systems and you'll get an idea of what yours is worth. Sorry to be such a killjoy, but that's just how it is.

Well imo put it on sale for 150. People will bargain and after some rebate sell it. Sell it as a multimedia based pc for like watching movies or browsing internet. It will fit in someone's budget hopefully. Well i'm fairly new in this department so might learn a thing or two

The HD6450 is a good HTPC card; it is poor for modern games. Compare it with what is available today for the same money to see what it is worth.
