So I recently got my K95, and I want to use the programmable keys in SWTOR.

I want them to be a Ctrl 1 type of command.

I use Corsair's software to bind the keys (Ctrl 1-6), but they don't work in-game.

Is there something else I need to do to get them to work?

Thanks for any helpful answers!

is there a specific reason it needs to be ctrl+1 (etc)?

eg, why dont you just bind the command to G1 in game to begin with?

typically in games with a keybinding interface you just click an area, it then says to click a key and then you just press the mouse button you want to use. it should show up as mouse5 (or some other number).

in games which do not support that many mouse buttons you can just bind your mouse to keys abcdef (or any unused keys) and then map the commands to those keys.

if you absolutely must have them mapped to ctrl+1 (etc) and dont like the previous solution you could try a 3rd party keybinding software called autohotkey however i will say up front its a bit of a pain to set up and use. the solution i provided...
