Low FPS with GTX 780

I just recently finished my first computer build and I wanted to test out my graphics card. I started up Rome 2 Total War and I tried putting it on ultra settings. I ended up getting around 10-15 FPS. I thought this was a little weird so I decided to run Cinebench to see what my FPS would be like with that. I got somewhere around 20 FPS after running the test. From what I've seen in youtube videos, I don't think I should be getting this low of fps in Rome 2.

MB: ASUS MAXIMUS VI HERO
CPU: 7-4770K 3.5 GHZ
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX780 SC ACX
RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz
PSU: Cooler Master Gold 800W

If you guys could help me out with this, that would be awesome.

You may be running the onboard graphics. If so change the setting in bios to discrete GPU. I've never run the on board so I'm not sure of all the steps.

I too have the same issue.i have a very stable overclock but in rome 2 in ultra i also get 10 20 fps.i have a gtx 780 for god sake....the core clock is stuck at 888 wich is my base clock. I have a asus gtx 780 dc2
i dont know what is going on...
