Do you have a built-in webcam on your system? There may be a little camera built into the computer just above the display.
I think the computer may default to this device.
Something you could try is this:
Go to Device Manager and open the 'Imaging Devices' entry.
Double-click on the built-in webcam and select the 'Driver' tab.
On this page you should see an option to 'Disable' that device. Press it.
Restart the computer and see if your systeme de capture video finds the Samsung.
