I've been searching for one all day and my brain and eyeballs hurt.

Do any commercial shrouds exist that would fit?...

and if not

Can one be made with relative ease that wouldn't be cost prohibitive?...
Excluding the just gut a fan way as they don't cover the entire square surface area of the radiator due to the shape being round and it leaving the centre section covered because of the fan cases sides meeting in the middle.

Cheers me hearties!

Any 120mm shroud should fit on a H100i, you will need longer than normal screws to make it work though.

For this particular shroud your would need 45mm long screws to be able to also mount a fan on it.

Making shrouds are easy, buy cheap fans in bulk and like you said just gut them. Cut out the motor support struts, its only there to hold up the fan motor, it wont affect its structure.

Thanks for replying but both the 120mm fan shrouds and the the rip out cheap/old fans method both leave hotspots because they block areas where the frame blocks the fins underneath.
