I got a Maximus VI gene mobo ( see diagram here) and a AMD Radeon HD 7790 (dimension: 215(L)x106(W)x35(H)mm)which occupies one of the two PCI-e slots.
Now, I am thinking of buying a Wi-fi card and I have the option to either use the remaining PCI-e slot or use the vacant mPCI slot.
Obviously, I would like to go for the PCI option to be avoid having to use external anthena but since My graphic card is quite bulky(picture), I was worried it might not fit. Do you think that is even a possibility or am I just being too worried?

Thanks. Yeah I have seen most of the cards connected by PCI-E X1 or mPCI-E and I actually have space for both. But I have seen that some models are much larger to fit in those. Take this for instance. How does this one and the ones like this get connected?
