Semi modular PSU

Hi,
I need a semi modular PSU to peer an i5 4430 and an r9280x. I thaw to fit in a define r4 windowed and the cables need to be long enough for that case. I have heard a lot of people are mad because cables are sometimes 1-5 inches too short in an mid tower.
