Sapphire ATI HD 7850 1 GB or Zotac Nvidia 650 ti 2GB?

I will be playing games on 1900x1080 resolution on a 32 inch T.V.

I have Intel i7 2600, 8 GB RAM and 2 TB Seagate HDD.

I will be playing games like Rome 2 Total War and Shogun 2 Total War.

Which one should I get? Because I heard 2 GB is better for high resolution but HD 7850 is much more powerful than GTX 650 ti.

The games you are playing wont use that much vram. Also 1080p isn't considered high res(in my opinion). Here is a nice 2gb 7850 for 109$ http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-r78502gd5oc Only 5$ more than the 1gb version from xfx. But im not sure if you are from the US so yea.
