repair Recovery partition

i had windows 8 os in my system. after that i had upgrate it in windows 8.1 and how recovery partion is correpted. how i can repair Recovery partiion?

+1, once the recovery partition is corrupted, you would need the recovery medium. Keep in mind that the vendors usually charge a fee for those recovery mediums.
The other option is to completely wipe the system drive, re-install the OS and create your won recovery partition using Macrium Reflect for example.
