How can I make my 220 V desktop work in the United States, where electricity is 120 V?

I brought my desktop here, and the power supply seems to just fail, I cannot start the computer at all. Now I realized that the US electricity is 120 V which probably has something to do with it. How can I make it work? Do I just buy a new power supply? How can I know if it's the right one for my computer? How much will it cost?

Solution
It is possible that it is only 220/240 input so replacing PSU it should work. There should be input voltage rating on the PSU sticker though.
